Selection Procedure: After the process of application, a virtual meeting will be held with all the applicants. As this is an entirely new project, Our team will explain in detail, and the applicants are scrutinised into different categories based on their scopes and limitation like Accommodation, Language, interaction, Clinical Skill etc. After this, a final selection will be made. Last time the applications were invited for 5 vacancies, In which 121 applied and 38 of them were selected.

Preferences: Lady Doctors are preferred. Differently abled, Widows, Divorcees, and Financially challenged will get preferences. Those who can work both Online and offline will also get preferences.

We provide better opportunities for New-gen Doctors who prefer Whats App Chat, Vlogging, Blogging, and Social Media Interaction with patients rather than confiding themselves within their clinic.

Travel and Accommodation: The travel and Accommodation facility will be Arranged.

Additional Benefits: All selected candidates must attend an in-house training of 15 days under the leadership of experts in the field. Clinical and practical training in specialised areas like infertility, Allergy, Haemorrhoids, PCOD etc will be provided to sharpen your experience. Along with these, There will be vast training on Online Consultation, Patient management and Soft skill acquisition. Regular motivational classes will also be given to sharpen your talents. Each training session will be under the heading, 'Lessons what you didn't learn from Medical colleges'
