- Postdrome phase: It is most often presented with tiredness, drowsiness, difficulty in concentration, and hypersensitivity to noise. The Postdrome period lasts according to the intensity of pain.
Which type of migraine do you experience?
Different types depend on whether there is an aura or not and based on the frequency of the headaches. The number of headache days tells you whether you have episodic migraine or chronic migraine. To know your actual headache days, subtract the number of completely free headache days in a month.
